elizabeth believes awareness coupled with Action is crucial for monumental change. she has been awarded for her collaborative, multi-media reporting and recognised as a Sustainability leader for minimising misinformation during a Climate crisis. besides reporting on Climate change, she is interested in Community Activism and Engagement.

her significant works include an analysis of whether Irish landowners are receiving a ‘just transition’ through a native Forestry scheme, a documentary photography book on a chicago-based urban farm mitigating Food insecurity and an investigation into Climate migration and resource depletion impacts in the midwest region of the U.S.

she has contributed work to media publications, including the journal and the chicago sun-times, and other collegiate publications.

she has a bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism from columbia college chicago and a master of Science in Environmental Sciences from the university of dublin, trinity college.

elizabeth is an american and was born and raised in colorado. she briefly lived in chicago, illinois, before moving to dublin, ireland. she was inspired by the movie, “blood diamond,” to pursue a Photojournalist career in Hopes of mobilising Social Change.
